Comments to D1.4 ('D1.5 Merknad')

Hele kommunen — forhåndsstemmer ordinære:
Det var et mindre avvik fra manuell telling til maskinell telling. Det ble derfor foretatt en kontrolltelling, som gav et avvik på
totalt antall stemmesedler. Dette skyldes at flere blindelister har klistret seg sammen. Det ble derfor foretatt ny
kontrolltelling av de aktuelle kassene hvor det var avvik mellom skanning 1 og 2. Avvik fra manuell telling skyldes trolig
feiltelling samt sammenklistrede sedler.
